I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge and I loved it so much I decided to purchase the membership. I love everything about the gym. The workouts are only 30 minutes but they are tough!! They have plenty of classes to accommodate my crazy schedule, the coaches are amazing and so helpful! Everyone is so positive and encouraging. I went for the 21 days for $21 got such great results that I became a member. This place is great and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff and coaches are amazing! It's like a family. They modify the exercises for you if needed .come and try ot out tou won't regret it.
I can't describe how much I love this gym!! I just started at this gym by doing the 6 week challenge and within 5 weeks I lost 5lbs. It's a healthy way to lose weight and I am so glad to be doing it with such an AMAZING team!!! Every coach is so supportive and helpful. They make me feel comfortable and motivate me every day!!! Shout out to the owner Sean, the ladies at the front desk; Ashley, Donna, Jessica, and coaches Jonathan and Jason!!! ❤🙌💪💯😁
