I was unaware of a previously booked appointment and missed one call from Dr. Singh’s office to confirm. Since I missed one appointment I was unaware they had booked on the calendar (the last time I was in the office was last year) they refused to re book my appointment and then hung up on me. As a client to be treated so disrespectfully is uncalled for.
