I'm confused about the bad reviews because they did a really good job. Tech came the same day I called, gave a reasonable quote, and fixed the issue in under an hour. Thanks guys!
On point service..
Ryan showed up late for my service call. When he showed up he inspected my dryer and informed me that I needed a new motor. He said he would order it and get back to me when it arrived. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. Then after leaving numerous messages for an update between 2 and 4 weeks after his inspection I still had no responce. After calling for 5 weeks Ryan finally answered the phone. Then he tells me that my motor was on back order and he'll contact me when it arrives. They hold you up all day and they never show up and no one answers the phone after 5:00pm. This very unprofessional. Will never use them or recommend them. They are scammers
