The owner David is amazing! She is the best person on customer service I have spoken to! They were responsive, prompt and very professional! They sent a technician for a visit and the whole process was like a breeze. David explained us in detail what is wrong and what would be our next steps. I recommend this place 100%., very honest and reliable!

Browns was great! They were able to come out and get us a quote, and were so helpful answering our questions. They didn't seem like they were trying to upsell us, which made us feel better about our decision to hire them for our AC replacement. They came on time, got the job done quickly and everything has been working well. They even said they'd come back during warmer weather to help us ensure everything is working well.
Saturday and air conditioner decides to stop blowing cold air. Temp is 107 outside. Quick Google Review search to see if I can find someone open on a weekend. Boca Raton AC techis open for another 45 minutes and has great reviews. Call and speak to David. David says he'll send someone my way ASAP. Ben is here w/in the hour. Checks condenser, cleans outside coils, adds coolant and we're cool again! Took all of 30 minutes. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
