Lisa was very courteous and helpful with getting my transponder replaced. Not to mention a very nice view overlooking the water and fountains. A well managed property.

Management is a total train wreck. There are redundant forms in their ownership packet from 2003. A sure sign that someone is asleep at the wheel. Forms that say one thing, but then are rescinded verbally by their condo board after completion. Who runs a business that way? Hire an office manager and get your policies in order you gaggle of buffoons. Would avoid becoming involved in this mess at all costs.
