Funny how strict they are towards home owners & individuals who are paying the HOA fees - attempting to purchase new decal for my car. However, if you call boca pointe to request an individual who did not pay for home, Pay any HOA fees, pay anything towards the HOA or property itself, except creating more issues for property owner, via, seeping unsafely through Community; under my name, Boca Pointe Association not only let the individual through, but said that they would not deny access under my name, even though there is/wa... read more
Lisa was very courteous and helpful with getting my transponder replaced. Not to mention a very nice view overlooking the water and fountains. A well managed property.
