I'm very disappointed in something that was said when I took my 89 year old Dad into this office to have his eyeglasses adjusted. The people were friendly enough when we walked in, but the gentleman helping us did not seem overly excited to help, although he did. Dad's glasses kept falling down and we needed them adjusted. The associate looked at them and said he didn't think the VA fitted him very well.
