When they say 24 hours in advance to cancel I tried canceling my appointment for three days the first and second day they had me on hold for more than 10 minutes after hanging up and calling back again the second day same thing on the third day I got through but it wasn’t completely 24 hours and so they want to charge me $125 I did not see the doctor. I canceled the day before they need more people answering their phones not my problem and so I see no reason to pay if the doctor has no ethics why would I continue?
