Being a former General Contractor from NY, I'm aware of quality workmanship, transparency and a proper process to satisfy the client. This company is hands down the best company to deal with from the initial contact, to the finished job. Plus the price was exactly where I needed to be.
Poor experience with Boca Impact Window and Door. They installed our front door in 2020, and we’ve had problems from the start. When I later discovered the door was under warranty and asked them to handle it in 2025, they refused, blamed me, and even sent me a bill I had never seen before. Poor customer service and no accountability — I would not recommend this company.
We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Boca Impact Windows and Doors. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire crew from the installation to the final inspection were professional, knowledgeable and extremely organized. We have many storm windows and doors in our large home and they occasionally need service. Boca Impact did a great job of installing them several years ago and their service since then has been perfect. They’ve been responsive, friendly, and effective in resolving every issue.
Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors! We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional.
