We just completed phase one of our house( we decided to split it up). The company is so professional from start to finish. We LOVE our windows and can’t wait to put the rest in. The team of people on hand is amazing, their work- in impeccable. Pricing is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Being a former General Contractor from NY, I'm aware of quality workmanship, transparency and a proper process to satisfy the client. This company is hands down the best company to deal with from the initial contact, to the finished job. Plus the price was exactly where I needed to be.
Poor experience with Boca Impact Window and Door. They installed our front door in 2020, and we’ve had problems from the start. When I later discovered the door was under warranty and asked them to handle it in 2025, they refused, blamed me, and even sent me a bill I had never seen before. Poor customer service and no accountability — I would not recommend this company.
We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Boca Impact Windows and Doors. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire crew from the installation to the final inspection were professional, knowledgeable and extremely organized.
