Those guys are awesome. I dropped my bike out of the box they built it up within 1 day. Price is reasonable and way cheaper compared with bike shop. I am sure I will come back again.
I had gone to drop off my bike to get serviced and had come in probably about a half hour before they were going to close expecting to just drop it off, but was assisted by one of the guys and he was able to help adjust my bike for me. I had previously dropping my bike when I was riding one day and happened to bend part of the derailure. Everyone in the staff here was super friendly and helpful would recommend. If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I have never been so impressed with level of customer experience I received from Roul and his team. Expert level knowledge and it felt like I was meeting an old friend. This is your one stop shop for anything bike, swim and run on the entire island.
Owner helped me out and squeezed me in. Left something on the counter that I purchased and they called me later saying I had forgotten it. Great experience with all reps in the shop. I only go here now. It is worth the hour drive.
