Used to be a decent practice until Dr. Rowland decided to go Conceirge and they hired a call center, web portal, etc to interact with patients. They cannot manage to send medical records when requested( had to request 3 times to be sent to cardiologist. The call center states that the records have been sent but they never arrive. When you make an appointment the doctor or PA comes into the room and has no idea why you are there to see them.
