Carolina is an excellent trainer. Shes helped me hit the ball further and the back pain I used to experience during golf is completely gone!
I've been working with Carolina 2x a week for about a year with the sole focus to improve my golf game. Little did I know this would change my entire life. The first session focused on the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) assesment and within 3 months I was down to 170lbs (from 198lbs). Today im able to play 4-5 times a week without an issue.
