Had 2 MRI's last week and 2 more today. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Took me on time. They took my word that I had satisfied part of my deductible elsewhere and took correct payment. I would definitely use this facility again. I really don't understand how they have such poor reviews.
I did two ultrasounds at this place and I was told $508 is out of pocket pay which I paid at the time of the appointment. I looked at my claims and I see two claims for the ultrasound but with one for Boca Regional and the other from some company I never heard off. I received a bill in the mail from the other company stating I have a copay of $67.71 for the ultrasound. Why is this office not transparent with the payments? BE AWARE! - Even if Boca Raton Imaging is in-network with your insurance, they use out-of-network doctors to read the image and you will get billed for out-of-network. When we called about it, they said "we told you and you must pay the out of network bills." We were NOT "told" and this is unacceptable. We will never go there again!
