I had a very disappointing experience at this mammogram office ( Clint Moore Rd suite 140 ) today May13/2026 because of the front desk employee named Wetter. From the moment I arrived, he was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no empathy or professionalism. He immediately accused me of being late and gave excuses without even trying to understand the situation or speak respectfully. I visited this facility about 2 weeks ago. I spoke with Katrina. Wow, she was wonderful and very helpful! I called not knowing what to do and where to go to get copies of notes and imaging of my mammogram. She answered my important questions and when I arrived, Katrina had all I needed ready to go. I was in and out. Great patient customer service. Thank you Katrina!
Had 2 MRI's last week and 2 more today. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Took me on time. They took my word that I had satisfied part of my deductible elsewhere and took correct payment. I would definitely use this facility again. I really don't understand how they have such poor reviews.
