Our bikes were stolen and Steve came through with loaners until our new bikes arrived. Love this bike shop! The best bike shop we have dealt with in our 20 years of cycling.
I'm not in Florida, but I ordered a frame set and some parts from this shop because they had things I couldn't find anywhere else. I am ecstatic with the customer service. Steve couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Thanks again for everything Steve.

Very helpful staff. I ordered a bike online last minute for Christmas but the bike was sold out. The staff called me back promptly and helped me work out an alternative. Very great customer service!
My sister Deb from Minnesota just purchased a new bike today. Must say the store is great, alot to choose from, but most of all the service and the guys were very helpful and friendly, thanks Steve and Chuck. This new bike will keep her out of my hair during her visit!! lol! Merry Christmas!!!
