A beyond Klutch staff; knowledgable, kind and always go above and beyond the call. Kevin has a true passion for bikes of every kind....if he doesn't have an answer for you; he will find it. Humble, gracious & always willing to accommodate. I literally hunted him down when I couldn't find him at another shop....that's his caliber! The shop is 5 star & im oh so grateful!

Awesome bike shop, reasonable prices and they do a great job with tune ups. Answered all my questions and very knowledgable in all different kinds of bikes. Excellent selection of bikes for all different kinds of riders.
This shop has been excellent - always had a great reputation for cruisers but now the Road Bike section is SIIIIIICK. Staff knows their stuff and loves talking cycling . AND they are a rest stop and SAG vehicle for the Tour De Cure . Way to go guys !!
