Well James Ortega is a smart man and really understands the insurance business. On the other hand unless you are going to do 5 to 10 grand insurance coverage he’s not your guy . Absolutely THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. They don't return phone calls and one woman intentionally gave the wrong fax number to the new insurance company for my cancellation.I know this because it was repeated twice and she said yes to the number that was repeated to her (we were on a conference call) They should be reported to the insurance commission....
I have been with BBI for a year now excellent coverage thru Progressive. Now that Lori no longer works there apparently paper receipts are not allowed to be sent out. The overall service is very good. I have been waiting for my February paper receipt this now March 12,2015 and still have not received it. Taking my money no problem, giving receipts apparently now a problem
