Thanks for ruining my daughter’s 30th birthday party with horrible, uncaring service. Ironically Bucca has always been a fave of our family. Not sure how you survived bankruptcy..let’s see if the horrid service that is currently displayed puts you back in the restaurant graveyard, and if so do us all a favor and stay buried this time!
Zero stars for zero service! We arrived at 7pm for a thirtieth birthday celebration that we reserved in advance, seated at the very back of the restaurant, drink orders taken and then we never saw the server again. No waters, no check in from staff or management, nothing. There weren’t even enough silverware settings at the table, which didn’t end up mattering because we were never given an opportunity to order after FIFTY MINUTES of sitting there. Went there with a party of 12 for a birthday and placed a drink order and didn’t see a single employee again for an hour. No water or anything. The drinks arrived as we stood up to leave. Staff said they were short staffed but the giant restaurant was huge and barely full so I’m wondering if they actually had anyone working besides a few severs??? Send help to this restaurant bc lord all mighty they need it.
Came for my 30th birthday with a party of 12, made the reservation weeks in advance. Server took drink order and we didn’t see any employees for another FIFTY MINUTES. Walked out and drinks were finally on the way to the table. No apology from staff or management. Thanks for wasting our time and ruining my birthday :)
