He sold me a used fridge, which worked for 2 months, he came to fix it and it worked for 2 weeks,after trying to reach for days i finally called from a private number and he answered, he said he would be coming back to fix it. That was 2 months ago, He won't answer calls now. I will never use him again or recommend him. I am writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau to complain.

I've bought from them twice, never had problems! Great guys, very helpful. I'd recommend them.

He's a crook and takes advantage of landlords .. I would never send anyone to him and I'm reporting him to the BBB..

I agree with everything the one person said about this company. I paid $155.00 to have a stove top fixed per the gas companys instructions. He said he fixed it and there would be a 90 guarantee but when the problem was not fixed he will not return my phone calls. My sister called him and he answered. He did call me and was very rude, said for me to be at the house at 9 am which I was and he never showed, called and called him back and he never returned but he cashed the check of course DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR YOUR NEEDS

Bob is a real clown. This guy actually tried to sell me a dryer and labeled it as brand new, after I questioned him about the accuracy of the item being "new" his direct reply was "are you going to buy this f***ing dryer or not" I was shocked and amazed that this person is even in business, let alone actually selling product. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK. Dont trust Bob he is a liar and cheat.

Bob has always helped me fix my own appliances by giving me instructions and reliable used parts at a fair price. I have had him fix major appliances that were too technical also. I have always recieved friendly, reliable service from Bob. Once in a while he gets busy and I have to wait, however it is always worth the wait. He has been able to pick up used broken appliances that I did not want also. Two thumbs up for Bob. He has been around for ever and is a valuble businessman to have in our community. Mark Porter

Bob of Bob's Used Appliances is from our experience completely unreliable. We made an appointment for him to come over to our house and purchase a refrigerator (3 years old, double oven, stove top, and dishwasher. He stated he would call at 2pm and never did. We waited for 4 hours for that phone call (and yes, we did try and reach him at his store number). The next day we reached him at his store and his excuse was he had Laker tickets. When I called him to find out about a part that I needed to buy - the guy sounded very rude and unwilling to help...maybe he was having a bad day...but even if he was he can't let it out on his own customers...
