Absolutely shocking customer service. Way over priced. Ended taking my civic there to get some work done ended up costing me an arm and a leg for something I could have gotten for 800 closer to home. Wouldn't give me a receipt or invoice. Ended up heading home and then same problem came up on the dash. Had to take it back the next week (45 minute drive) and turns out they missed a sensor, idk how they can charge that much for such a shoddy job. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Had my GWM Tank 300 tuned there. Their dyno guy not only knows what he’s doing & has the patience to do the research. Probably was the first Tank 300 to get tuned within 200km. It now makes near 200hp and approaching 400nm of torque. AT THE REAR WHEELS!! That’s with larger and heavier tires. (From stock 30” tennis shoes to 32” mud terrain tires) Super impressive considering my main goal was throttle response, that too has improved dramatically. I cannot recommend them enough. Want to say a massive thank you for the boys at bobs. Currently doing half lap of Australia, had the suspicious turbo whistle coming from my snorkel of my Nissan navara. They managed to fit me in for diagnostics, found a bent fin on my turbo. They pulled everything apart straight away to show me in person, explained how that could have happened and made expert decision to replace both turbos on the Nav. Next day delivery on turbos.
