Lousy – Every time I call for information or go into the store - very difficult because I'm disabled - some nitwit there gets things wrong. It's very frustrating. Today I called about a Buss GMA fuse. The woman on the phone got huffy about how that's irrelevant. She obviously didn't know squat on the subject because GMA is the fuse type, but that didn't stop her from blasting her big bazoo.
