I will NEVER use y'all and let everyone I know what kind of business y'all do!!A female friend of mine had her vehicle towed to your shop today.She told whomever she was speaking with to see what was going on with it.She gets a call hours later that it's repaired.She pays y'all gets in her vehicle and it's STILL not running!!A starter was what was replaced, THAT'S OBVIOUSLY NOT THE PROBLEM!! Now she can't get her money back or someone to actually fix the vehicle!!!Not very good for business Bob Transmission!

On Mother's Day the transmission went out on my car. Because of the car warranty, it had to be sent to Bob's Transmission. Within a months time, my car was sent back to Bob's Transmission two more times as it was not completely repaired that initial visit. Two days ago, I lost the power steering in my car. I put power steering fluid in my car to find it has all leaked out. I found the leak and discovered it was actually the rack and pinion as my dad pointed out to me. I guess they think rebuilding a transmission is just giving it a nice lil paint job and charging $1500 for it.

called on a monday ,was told if i let them pick up my vechicle it would probably be ready on wed.,iagreed to let them tow it to their shop,i authorized them to REBUILD my transmission.rode by their shop on wed around 2;20pm, vechicle was still sitting OUTSIDE in their lot.Got a call around 5;30pm saying vechicle was READY.i asked the person that called a question about another issue with my vechicle, he stated that he didn't know but would find out &call me right back! called me back an stated that my vech. was not ready lik... read more

I would give a zero star if I could. I was quoted 800.00 with a 400 dollar coupon to rebuild my transmission, but the next day it turned into 2000. I told the owner I didn't have 2000, and I'd take it somewhere else. I was informed that my transmission was in pieces. I asked them to put it back together so that I could leave. I was then told they would charge me 800 in labor to do that. I told them I'd just get it towed then. I was then informed that the engine would fall out if I tried to move it. Bob's Transmissions is AWESOME I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. Didn't have the money for the repair so Bobs got us set up on Payments!!! Now I have a way to work, I would like to Thank Chad and his staff have resonable prices and repaired my transmission in a timely manner
