I was recommended here from another mechanic shop who wrongly blamed my engine issues on the transmission. Bob quickly redirected me to a more appropriate mechanic who immediately helped me find and fix my issues. While Bob’s transmission never had to physically work on my car, they were still very knowledgeable and waisted no time sending me to the correct people. Thank you!!
This shop came to me as a recommendation. As soon as I called to inquire about the work I needed done with pricing, it felt like I had been doing business with Bob for many years. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and VERY reasonable prices. Yes, the parking situation is not pleasant and it's not a big shop. However, the customer service, pricing and knowledge more than makes up for it. I will definitely pass along this gem of a shop and continue to use them without hesitation.
