I would have made this 4.5 stars just because they didn't use any kind of protective floor mats or coverings for the fenders, which would have prevented greasy finger prints on my nicely waxed car. However the service was outstanding, they were friendly, fast, very professional and the shop was clean. I called around looking for the best price and Bob's was the most afforable in Ponca City.
