Don’t go here unless you want to deal with someone with an obvious attitude problem. Not only was Jamie condescending over the phone, but he also responded to my post-service questions with rhetorically dismissive remarks instead of direct answers.
My cargo van was causing a vibration. Jamie at Bob’s explained he was confident he could help with the vibration concern as he had worked on many vans like mine. I am happy with the results. No more concerning vibration and the price was a good value. Thank you Jamie and Bob’s Transmission in Jenison!
