Terrible customer service! Used to enjoy taking our vehicles here but every single time it has become an issue. Today went to go pick up our car before they closed at 5 o’clock and when we arrived, they were already closed for the day and did not even call to let us know that they were closing early. Had to wait over 20 minutes for the employee to show up so we can get our keys. Definitely will not be back

Bob's tires very low on demand from returning customers and double check oil plugs on the way out . Had a couple bad experiences. Strickland oil change take you right in.
