Expensive labor. Disconnected all of my tire pressure sensors (3 were working when I dropped it off). Go somewhere else.
One of my car tires started to leak on my way from Lansing to Detroit and they fit me into the schedule to diagnose the issue.
I recently took my wife's Honda Odyssey to Bob's for new brakes and was so pleasantly surprised by their price and prompt service that I returned with my Explorer for a power steering issue. They gave me a quote and I called around to find that it was the best one in town. The repair wound up being less involved than quoted and so the price was actually considerably lower than expected. I appreciate that honesty as I had already agreed to a higher price. We will certainly return with future service.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. I’ve been dealing with them for about 10 years. And I still think they’re pretty awesome
I've been coming here for my auto repairs and maintenance for over a decade. Kurt and Joe are great, couldn't ask for better service. When I have an emergency, they fit me into the schedule as best as they can.
