Can’t be bothered to return calls despite multiple attempts to get in touch about a smart home system installation. Odd since the HVAC side of Bob’s is excellent. Taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible!!! We moved into our new home in August and Bob’s “smart home” jerked around for months. Their equipment fails every month, leaving us literally in the dark. They dodge our calls but did offer to come “fix” our lights for $900. Run…. Don’t walk away from this costly mistake!!!
All issues were professionally addressed..
I had Bob's Smart Home out to install Ethernet cabling. They did a great job with minimal impact on my family while the work was in process. They worked closely with me to identify my exact requirements and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations.
