Excellent understanding of small engines.
I've been here a handful of times, and each time I've been brushed off by the staff. Once, I was interrupted in mid-sentence so the guy helping me could help someone else! Each time I was in, I was told that they didn't have what I was looking for. The first time I made the man go look, and they did in fact have it. The second time, I wasn't really told they didn't have it, I was told I didn't know what it was called so they couldn't find it.
