I called several places in the BCS area and they all told me it would be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to get my lawnmower fixed. But when I called Bob, he told me to bring it Thursday and that I'd have it back by the weekend for sure. When I arrived, Bob dropped what he was doing to help me unload. I have been using Bobs services for many years. I have always been happy with his work, the price he charges and his prompt service. He is very busy and you need to call and make an appointment before bringing in your equipment.
I have 2 garden tractors & 2 push mowers that get a lot of use. Ive been using Bobs to service my mowers for 3 years now. Hes usually very busy so its best to call ahead if possible. He does great work and his rates are resonable. He doesnt do a bunch of work that isnt necessary. I highly recommend him.
Bob's is a classic "hole in the wall" establishment. No overhead. No waiting room. No TV. Good solid honest work. Good fair pricing. If I have anything to say off its this. He promised the mower back by 4 the next day and instead got it back to me the SAME day. Being 24 hours FASTER than the estimate. Well that is all good with me. Easy enough to get to. Small enough to care about you as a customer. But he knows his small engines and that is what you want. I will take my machine there for any services it needs.
