they charge $150 an hour for labor and diagnostics. They charged me a full hour rate when the work only took 30 minutes for diagnostics. They were unable to provide documentation supporting the labor and diagnostic rate. They failed to provide AAA services to me in adequate timing. They were very unprofessional. 2:35 on a Saturday afternoon and the propane refill station is "already shut down for the day". Asinine.
They told me they knew what was wrong with my vehicle, then made me pay three thousand dollars up front only to not fix the problem and break some minor things in addition to end they didn’t fix, worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic
Beware!! Staffs are dismissive, unprofessional, and outright rude.
The service center is not open on the weekend, just the pumps. I found out by waiting on Saturday morning until they opened (an hour later than listed) and learning from someone who worked there.
