Got a flat on the highway and the state troopers called Bob's to come help. Bob's drove past me four times in a row and didn't call. Be ready to be pushed into accepting high estimates and be ready to be surprised when presented with unexpected extra fees when the job is done. STAY AWAY !!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! Recently my youg and daughter experienced failure with the steering block assembly. She was given an estimate by Bob's service of $4500 that included also replacement of the struts and the stabilizer bar control. they charge $150 an hour for labor and diagnostics. They charged me a full hour rate when the work only took 30 minutes for diagnostics. They were unable to provide documentation supporting the labor and diagnostic rate. They failed to provide AAA services to me in adequate timing. They were very unprofessional.
