Very pleased with my experience using Bob’s. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Great communication. The 24/7 dropoff box is great. Staff is very friendly too. Highly recommend for other Volvo owners - way better than getting scammed by the salespeople at the dealership.

Great Experience with Bob's Service. Very trustworthy shop that really know what they are doing. Excellent communication and professional service. They were able to diagnose and repair my 2006 Volvo S60 and I highly recommend this Auto Repair Service Shop to anyone who needs honest work a fair prices.
Transmission blew on a Volvo XC90 and they said it would be well over 10k to fix. We had it repaired by someone else for 2k. Returned for diagnostic and they found nothing wrong. Took it to another mechanic and they found the issue within moments. Volvo specialist should know better right?
