For starters they do great work, they’re super communicative, and they get the work done quickly. Beyond that, they all seem to be the nicest people I’ve ever brought my car to, most of all they’re honest and will shoot you straight. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else, highly recommend this place!
Overall a wonderful experience getting my 2017 Volvo XC90 serviced at Bob’s for hitting 150k miles. The staff were communicative, and explained everything thoroughly without coming across as condescending at all (you can tell he just really loves Volvos). Their pricing for getting my timing belt replacement was lower than any of the other Denver shops I called, and they had the car ready within 24 hours. I took my polestar 2 in for its 4 year service and they only charged me half the cost Volvo was charging me! They are very professional and friendly! I will continue to come here to service my vehicle! Thank you Bob’s Service!
Bank is good but staff misbehaviour,don’t corporate ,they misguide ,they are useless
Been coming here long time with 2nd volvo. Recently fixed oil ventilation issue. Diagnosed perfectly. They know their stuff. Always reasonable priced and great work
