We have used this company for years, always professional and willing to help. We have a yearly inspection on one residence and every 3 years at another..
Be Careful - he takes your money - PERIOD! Told me I had a leaking tank and offered no help or solution while being on the property no more than 15 minutes. Have now called another company!
We had them come out to do a tank pump, which went fine. However, Kurt was rude on the phone afterward, which was unprofessional. We decided to hire another company for the repair, and he took issue with that. Definitely won’t be calling them again. There are better companies out there that offer respectful and professional service.
Scam Alert! It was the middle of the sale of my house process. The buyer hired this company somehow, and magically, their measurement were more than doubled and tripled up what it supposed to be of last many many years in the past. They brought a pumping truck and said you might need to pump anyway. which raised me a red flag. So I called back my septic guy that I used about 6 months ago. He measured it again and said we don't have to pump. By then, Bob's septic had already recorded with way up higher numbers on the Clark Co... read more
