Always use bobs. Nice real professional
I contacted Bobs septic service because my buyer wanted to be present at the septic inspection in battleground Wa. I contacted Bobs septic three days in advance to let them know the buyer will be taking time off work to be at the inspection so please call us ahead of time. They did not call and they were rude about it.
Don’t recommend them to anyone. Charged me for inspection report. Never gave me the report. Never filed it with the county. Won’t respond to emails or calls. It’s been 6 months. Took my money and silence. Take your business elsewhere.
A very knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious outfit. Highly recommend them.
The crew came out the same day, early in the window they promised over the phone. Jason (the lead) was extremely knowledgeable and had already looked up all the information on my system available publicly from the Clark County web site. They checked out my septic tank issues, informed me of the specifics and advised me of what to do. At the end, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
