Usually not the person to write reviews. Maybe I was expecting more out of this establishment. The pleasantville seafood place is 10 times better if you want something close. Very disappointing due to the price comparison between other establishments. Ordered the crab fries, no crab in them basically chopped garlic with fries is what I got. While I love the prepared food here, the service has declined. I used to come here and some times ask questions about how to prepare certain fish. Now, I can barely have my fish or seafood packaged properly. The young man behind the counter needs a little help with how to interact with guests and also food packaging. Whereas the young woman in the front has a poor attitude most of the time. She is constantly snapping at guests and treating them poorly. I CANT EVEN GIVE A ONE STAR IT WAS THE WORST SEAFOOD EXPERIENCE I'VE HAVE IN ALONG TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THE CRABS WERE HORRIBLE AT BEST YOU GUYS REALLY NEES TO TAKE A PAGE OUT OF DELAWARE AND MARYLANDS PLAYBOOK IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE A DESTINATION FOR SEAFOOD.
