They advertise a deal on Yelp that they do not honor. I contacted them through Yelp, and was given a quote of $500 to clean all of our vents. I then purchased the deal (pay $100 for a $250 credit). When you purchase the deal there are zero restrictions, it doesn't say you have to spend a certain amount or that it is only for so many vents. Stan is awesome. Most helpful professional person I know. We're grateful we found him.
Thought I might have a issue with my septic system called them at 930am and they shutter up to my house by 1pm got everything all sucked out and good to go. Very professional and polite will definitely use again in 3 years when need another cleaning.

Poor ethics, I called to get a porta potty, and then said 3 week lead time, I called a day or 2 after to cancel. Now the porta potty is at the job site and they will charge it anyways because whoever I was talking to over the phone did not cancel it. This is not the first time, I have called before to get one picked up and they just don’t do it and they keep billing you. Not professionalism at all and very rude when trying to confront. It is sad because this has been a long time relationship with then but now will be over
