They advertise a deal on Yelp that they do not honor. I contacted them through Yelp, and was given a quote of $500 to clean all of our vents. I then purchased the deal (pay $100 for a $250 credit). When you purchase the deal there are zero restrictions, it doesn't say you have to spend a certain amount or that it is only for so many vents. Been renting from Bob's for about 12 years now. Never any problems and the delivery drivers have always been willing to put the potty wherever I need it!! Everything is always very clean and in great shape!!
You should probably refrain from having your secretary make business decisions for the company. That behavior will cost you a lot of money and did today! Learn to tell the difference between a cold call and a business call! In case you don’t understand you live in a thank you economy now! And when you treat calllers like dirt word gets around! And it gets around fast! Have the a fantastic day!
We have been using Bob's Sanitation services for 10+ years. Stan is amazing! He has saved the day for us on many occasions/emergencies. He is quick to respond, helpful, honest, doesn't overcharge or gouge customers, does a fantastic job, and is easy to work with. He treats his customers like family.
