These guys deserve 6 stars. After a frustrating day dealing with other roadside services in the area i called them and they helped our truck get back on the road. The mechanic was super knowlegeable and their rates were very reasonable. I highly recomend them
If I could rate a 10 star I would. Mickey,was nothing short of amazing! He came to my roadside rescue with a truck breakdown in the middle of NOWHERE. I was cold alone and there where no uber,lyft,etc. This gentleman not only took care of my truck. He also drove me safely to a hotel in the next town over in his personal vehicle on his time and his gas. This gentleman knows his job and he knows how to treat customers. These guys are the best! My car battery died and key fob wouldn't work. I was 60 miles from home and had no personal contacts who could help. I contacted Bob's Road Service and explained my dilemma to Katie. She and Anthony arrived fast and went right to work. Despite the numerous challenges (tinted windows, sun shade in window, rain, and cold weather) they were so kind and reassuring. Omg!!!! I was stranded on side of the road in my SRT and did not know what I was going to do. This company did not stop until I got up and running. I highly recommend them. You guys were truly a blessing.
Very good tow operator. Towed loaded 53’ dry van an tractor with ease. Very efficient a fast hooking it all up getting job done with excellence. Also some good jokes . But the finishing touch , best R.H. Ever . Definitely return for business if needed . lol. Thanks
