DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My daughter was in college and had a minor wreck. They took $18,000 from my insurance but the work was not done properly. Unfortunately I’m just seeing the car a year later and it’s all jacked up. Good doesn’t align and the car body frame is still bent. I’m beyond pissed they took advantage of my child.
We've been going to Bob's for years now and we're very happy with the quality of service and repairs. The prices are good and the guys are honest and nice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 2 months on a three day job to tell me it totaled $350 for me to get down there then tell me I owed them $1,000 before I could bring the vehicle home. Would not take anything else to this shop. Hands down worst shop experience I've ever had. Do not take your vehicles here!!! They will will not get fixed the right way!
