Awesome service!! I called this morning for service. Bryon, the technician, came this afternoon. Within a half an hour he had diagnosed and fixed our washer. He took time to explain what the problem was. I very much appreciate the service they gave today! Will recommend them for sure!
OMG I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I’ve had them out 3 times now over the last several years (for 3 different appliances, of course!) Every time they’ve quickly and efficiently fixed my appliances, keeping the costs to a minimum. The office gal(s) are wonderful, as well. Do not hesitate to call this company! Fast, good, and reasonable!!
Everyone was so helpful & kind. Fixed my oven quick & even saved money by giving them the range serial #'s, brand, etc in advance. They were able to use a generic part that saved me >$80. Byron was very professional.
Had my first experience with Bobs! It was awesome. From Heather on the phone , another man I talked to on the phone and then Byron that came to my house. Kind, considerate, friendly and honest! I finally found my repair company. Thanks guys
I really can't say enough positive about this company. Heather is a joy to work with on the phone, always talks with a smile on her face. The technicians are efficient, honest and timely. I have used them on my washer ( a couple times), dryer, and most recently my oven. Highly recommend!

Heather in the office is great and a pleasure to talk to and very helpful with scheduling, and the Technicians are also very punctual, and actually showing up earlier than expected. However, I'd like to owner or manager of this establishment to message me privately to talk about an unfortunate experience I had with a member of there staff, Allison. Assuming I am contacted (via private message) I will then reevaluate my assessment!
I just had Bob's repair for work on Washer and Drawer. This was one of the best experiences I've had with regard to a service person coming to the house. Heather in the office was very professional, she took the information when I first called. She gave me a date for service, just a couple days away and told me she would call the next day to give me a more specific time frame. She called, as promised, gave me a window of 3-5 pm.
