I made an appointment for a front end alignment on a Monday, couldn't get in until Thursday. not a problem. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and received a call 9:30 Thursday morning that it was ready to go. Since I had installed new parts myself, the total was less than the quote. Good honest work for a good honest price.
My car hit a curb so I went to Bob's. I've had nothing but good experiences with their other branch in Meyer so I thought this one would be O.K. I brought it there and was quoted $175.00 for a bent ball joint. Then after asking them to send the quote via fax it went up to $193. They claim the part was more expensive then they originally thought. So I said O.K. So I left my car there to get repaired. I came back to pick it up and pay the bill.
