BOB SAVED MY MOVING DAY!!! I was running late and the mobile check-in for the u-haul I rented was not working due to my tardiness. Thankfully, Bob was working on a day he usually wouldn’t be and was more than happy to guide me through the check-in process. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will absolutely be returning to Bob. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. Thank you, Bob!
