I usually don’t do reviews, but I am very disappointed in this case. I took my backpack blower in just to have a recoil rope replaced. Evidently they took apart the engine to tell me about other issues. I never asked for it to be looked at anything other than a new rope put on and now it will not stay running at all,pretty much garbage. They told me one week to get it back. I called 3 weeks later, the guy on the phone asked if I even wanted it back since it has other issues. It was working just fine before they touched it. O... read more
