They need to follow through on fixing screw ups. Bob doesn't remember conversations and Linda has a rude, condescending attitude. Demanding payment in full when issues aren't addressed.
We had a great experience with Bob! An issue came up and Bob's communication was tremendous. He informed us immediately and we didn't have to call him at all. He worked with us through the whole effort and made our new liner install effort a total success for Memorial Day weekend!! So much so everyone who seen it thought it was a brand new pool. It's over 23 yrs old. Thank you Bob and Linda!!

If you have all the time to kill then Bob’s is the place to go. I fully explained the situation with our pool. I even advised them that I had ZERO pool knowledge. That we just purchased this home and needed to have the pool OPENED and CLEANED! Besides providing photos, I fully explained our current situation.
