I called on Tuesday for pool water delivery. I was given a 7am appointment for Thursday. No call, no show. My husband, who missed work because of the delivery, was told by Bob, “I’m running behind on another pool.” An hour late is more than running behind, and to not give a courtesy call to a new customer waiting on you is unacceptable. Super reliable! I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon inquiring about getting a pool water delivery and they responded almost immediately. I was called by Bob the next morning and he made the delivery same day which was greatly appreciated. Great price and will always use him from now on
