Extremely disappointed with the communication from this business. The pool installation itself was great, but our salt cell needs to be replaced due to a recall. It has now been over a month since the replacement was ordered, and we still have no resolution. In the meantime, we’ve spent hundreds of dollars on additional pool chemicals just trying to keep our pool from turning green because the salt system isn’t working properly. Had Bobs do a remodel on existing pool and they did great. Had a few problems, which is expected doing a remodel, but they took care of everything! Absolutely recommend them and use them again. Chad has went out of his way to take care of me on this project. Thanks again Bob’s team!
