Overcharged. Rude employees. Don't waste your time with this company. One of the older guys came to replace my water heater and sat in my driveway for 30 mins, running the time clock, before I approached him. He did not ring my doorbell or knock on the front door and lied to me about it when I asked (I have a ring doorbell and did not have any motion at my front door). Bob’s has worked on our home twice now—once to install PEX piping and again to put in a new AC system. Both times, they were cost-efficient, did high-quality work, and delivered outstanding customer service. What really stood out was their follow-up—they didn’t just complete the job and disappear; they actually called afterward just to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. Sloppy work. Then overcharged Very disappointed. This used to be a great company with impressive work ethic and fair prices (that was 20-30 years ago though). The last 3 times I’ve used them, I’ve discovered that’s not the case anymore. Won’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend.
