Both times, they were cost-efficient, did high-quality work, and delivered outstanding customer service. What really stood out was their follow-up—they didn’t just complete the job and disappear; they actually called afterward just to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. Sloppy work. Then overcharged Very disappointed. This used to be a great company with impressive work ethic and fair prices (that was 20-30 years ago though). The last 3 times I’ve used them, I’ve discovered that’s not the case anymore. Won’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend.
We had a plumbing issue & Bob’s Plumbing got Zach out here right away! He trouble shot and figured out the problem, fixed it and went the extra mile to explain to me what was going wrong & how he fixed it! So much appreciation for the fast service & thorough fix from Zach 🤩
