Came out right away and their hourly rate seemed honest and fair. No issues with that. Water heater wouldn't light. After nearly 2 hours I asked them to leave. Invoice explained they cleaned it inside and out. Completely unnecessary because the unit wasn't firing. Was promised a call back to talk about the bill. Never received. Overcharged. Rude employees. Don't waste your time with this company. One of the older guys came to replace my water heater and sat in my driveway for 30 mins, running the time clock, before I approached him. He did not ring my doorbell or knock on the front door and lied to me about it when I asked (I have a ring doorbell and did not have any motion at my front door).
