Have used them over the past 5 years and they are always professional. Will continue to do so.
Plumber came out and had to leave 3x for "parts" to change a single valve. Charged my elderly father $700 and cut off water supply to his sprinkler system, which never should have been touched. Shoddy work. Takes advantage of the elderly.
She was very rude refused to listen and was more worried about my issue with management more than what I called for which was a plumber. I can see why they have poor reviews she was very rude!! Find another plumber bcuz the person on the other line is more interested in your personal chaos than what I called for which was to hire a plumber. None yo business lady worry about Bob and people hiring him to fix plumbing not anything else!!
