The people in the store are very helpful. I have been shopping and getting my mower serviced here for decades. I won't go anywhere else.
They replaced a mower tire for me. Bob's had it done the next day and it cost just a little more than a new tire.
Decent shop friendly people but be ready to pay double for most shit. Charging 46 bucks for the same belt you can get at tractor supply for 22
