I have a rug my grandmother made, needlepoint, that over the years had damaged edges. Bob's company took this rug and repaired all the corners, edges, and cleaned it. I cannot state enough how perfect this rug looks now!! It is beautiful and my grandmother would be so proud! Great compnay and I would trust them with any rug even antique ones. Excellent care and service. Lovely gentleman that helped me.
