I found a car for sale on eBay. After speaking to the seller on the phone several times We made a deal to buy a 1970 chevelle. Joe Lombardi asked to complete the sale outside of eBay so he could avoid the fees so I sent a cashiers check 6/2/2024 . Joe Lombardi was fine with this. It arrived 6/6/2024 and Joe Lombardi refused delivery. Said he sold the car to someone else . Never called to tell me this and said I should have wired the money. Do not buy cars from this crook. He tampers with the odometer. We bought a car that supposedly had about 72k but it actually had over 191k miles on it. The brakes were bad, the battery was dead and he spray painted a part of the car to hide a paint chip.
