This company took over management at the mobile home park I stay in sometime last year or the year before not exactly sure but ever since then it’s been a nightmare. They constantly harass us about small thing but when we request stuff from them like cleaning up the mess the roofing company they hired left behind it’s mediocre cleaning at best. They don’t call you it’s like you have to call them and are vague with information
I am very happy with this company. I rent in Lomita Lane and I had a plumbing issue, that same day they send over the plumber. The next day he came back and fixed my issue. Thank you so much for taking care of us tenants.
