I called Bobs after striking out with many local small engine repair companies and Briggs and Stratton themselves. I was looking for a replacement engine for my water tender pump. Not only did he have a wealth of information, but he found a replacement quickly, and went out of his way to aquire it for me. He set up the engine, and the pump and made some small adjustments and repairs. I had it back in less than a week ready to re install on my water tender.
