Great customer service and attention to detail. The work was done as expected in a timely manner. I appreciate the quick response and the ability to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Well, Had a screw in my tire that caused it to go flat. Bob's came and picked up my car and took to Decorah st location. When I went to pick up car, it still said low air and screw was still in tire. It turned out that there were 2 different screws . One on top side and one on bottom. They missed it and I did also. They quickly patched the second hole and I was on my way. Everything was taken care of and as usual-- they were very understanding and professional and everything worked out. They also supplied me with rental car ... read more
