Good service but WAY too expensive. Needed a new clutch, I was quoted $1,900 by Bob's. Took the car to two other shops who both quoted me $975 (yes exact same price from both) for literally the exact same work and parts. The service writer actually told me how many hours of labor they needed and based on that and what the parts would cost from a dealership I was able to easily calculate they're charging over $150 for this service. Dealership shops don't even charge that much.
